(Forever21 headband, vintage tshirt and coat, Zara belt, Current Elliott leather pants, Marni platform heels, Whyred sunglasses, LF necklace)
The rest from yesterday. Revolve sent me the leather skinnies and they are actually exactly perfect. I’ve seriously been looking for something like this forever now but had given up the hunt..love the extra long zipper at the cuff and slight bunching at the knee. Go Current Elliott. Shoes were a Christmas present from my lovely boyfriend..so comfortable! And, slightly progressively, not an ankle boot.

Lucky day at Wasteland on Haight Street yesterday – I saw this gigantic vintage Mongolian lamb coat hanging high up on the wall behind the cash register and knew I had to try it on. Apparently a lot of people had almost taken it home but I was the one to bite the bullet..I realized the second I put it on there was no way I was leaving without it. Makes me feel invincible-ish and I think I’ve essentially just lost privileges to all excuses to ever be cold again. I’ll post the rest of the outfit when it isn’t 3am.

Still convinced that this dress is the best thing ever…for the potential it has to be dressed up (it has this beautifully low cut back and knotted straps) there are infinite possibilities to wear it casually too. Worn here in San Francisco last week with one of my favorite cropped and boxy sweaters and these boots I can’t seem to take off.

Cutoff T, Fruit of the Loom. Skirt, Forever 21. Cape and jacket, vintage. Heels, Nine West. Bag, Anna Corinna. Gray raglan, American Apparel.
Due to unforeseen circumstances (okay, an impromptu decision to stay in a hotel), I ended up wearing this Forever 21 skirt for about 48 hours straight, but managed to make do with the random accessories in my car. For some odd reason I’ve had this vintage red cape in my trunk for about a month now, and I finally got a chance to wear it for a cold-ish San Francisco night. The only thing it’s missing is a huge hood to make it undeniably Little Red Riding Hood.

Dress, Topshop. Bag, Anna Corinna. Boots, Jessica Simpson. Sunglasses, Forever 21. Jewelry, vintage, Target, and Forever 21.
This dress was immediate love when I opened the Topshop package last week – the triangular cutouts at the straps were what convinced me I needed it, but the detailing and cut are also just done really well. I showed it to my mom and she just seemed really confused by it, calling it contradiction in dress format. Which makes total sense, and probably explains why I’m so infuatuated.
We ended up doing more ambling about and eating than real shopping, but I did pick up a couple things at H&M – one of them being the white blazer in the post below that a few of you asked about. So yes, it is definitely still available!
