From earlier in the week..Mexican beer and pizza go together almost as well as Mexican beer and fish tacos. Tried out red lipstick for the first time in my life. It kind of felt like wearing a costume. In a good way. I think. Love Erin's little floral number and how the back is cut just a little lower than expected.

Know what you're saying about the red lipstick, I resently started to wear my lips red too, and it feels a bit strange at first, like you are aware of your lips suddenly. I love that dress with all my heart, and I've seen that floral somewhere, but now I can't remember. Erin can do no wrong by me, I honestly cannot wait for the pitbull-inspired collection
and now that I talked about that vest, I can't freaking find it anywhere. though I also would have sworn on my life that I saw this collection on the runway. i love this dress. erin wasson has quite the eye. i recently bought a floral slip at a thrift store that's similar and i've been workinng on sewing it enough to get that silhouette. red lipstick looks great. i feel costume-y when i wear it too. but exactly, in a good way!

I don't think Rumi does yoga. She's naturally born with great physics. I have a friend who is like that, too. I know, jealous huh...Rumi, you're a lucky bred from your parents. Is your dad white American?
I used to do the red lipstick thing when I was in my Bettie Page phase. But now, bangs grown longer, I too have a bit of a hard time wearing it confidently. There's also such thing as a wrong red. It's hard to find that perfect and complimentary shade of red to your skin tone. My small bit of asianness gives me a yellow tint, so gotta avoid orangy reds. Oh and the constant reapplying to maintain that "Red" lip is a major annoyance. Hence, I don't do red rouge that much. But hey, you're rockin' it!

Yeah, I have to agree. Too much of the eye and too much of the lip. You should choose one or the other. That's the first make-up lesson they teach you. Focus on one feature at a time or you risk looking like a tart (or worse).
