Ahh aren't they wonderful!? Childhood Flames did a couple cute posts with her new kicks. I almost caved, but found some cheap-o heeled laceups at H&M to tide me over. I won't last long, soon I'll have them too!
Can't wait to see what you do with them, although for my wallet's sake I probably shouldn't look!

Ooh yes Camille is awesome in hers. Haha they aren't patent, just normal leather. Who knows maybe they'll suck harder than hard and I'll send 'em back. I never had a pair back then and am going to give them a chance! But free return shipping is a good thing.
Oh my! i would love to see how you pull it together in a look, i dont particularly like them as i think theyre too masculine (if there is such in todays dressing!) who knows i could be buying them after i see yours!

I have my black ones sitting in the back of my closet. I've had them since about the 8th grade and they're still in tip-top condition... I don't know if I have the balls to pull of Doc Martens with a cute outfit, but maybe your pictures will inspire something new... Can't wait!
i've always admired docs from afar, as the idea of trying to incorporate them into an outfit has me running in the opposite direction.

Oh, I have been considering these for a while. It's hard to decide. They do look nice with shorts and pretty dresses, the contrast is fabulous. But, would I wear them? And how much foot sweat will they induce considering they're boots and it's soon summer (which means hot, hot, heat)?
White docs? Should be interesting, to say the least..am waiting for that report!

I used to own a pair too back in the day and am planning on selling some white TUK maryjanes I used to rock. Be prepared for some HEAVY SHOES if you've never owned a pair, at least that is what I remember.
